In November 2025, the 2025 Academic Annual Meeting of the Fascial Medicine Collaborative Innovation Community of the China Association of Chinese Medicine was successfully held in Hui'an, Fujian. With the theme “Inheritance, Innovation, and Collaborative Development—Promoting the Modernization and Grassroots Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine through Fascial Medicine,” the conference attracted hundreds of experts and scholars from across the country, who engaged in in-depth discussions on the theoretical innovation and clinical application of fascial medicine.

You Shengwu, Chief Medical Officer of Jiangsu Apon Medical Technology Co., Ltd., presented a multimodal intervention strategy for the comorbidity of pain and insomnia at the conference. He proposed a dual-path approach combining “pain relief and sleep aid” and emphasized the systematic evaluation of treatment efficacy based on indicators such as pain intensity and sleep quality.

The conference featured thematic reports and case studies, systematically demonstrating the achievements of fascial medicine in theoretical innovation, clinical promotion, and grassroots application. It provided new perspectives for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Moving forward, relevant institutions will continue to promote multicenter clinical research, refine efficacy evaluation systems, and contribute to making the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine more accessible to public health.
