Apon Medical Selected as 2025 Jiangsu Province First Batch “Advanced Intelligent Factory”

Recently, the 2025 Jiangsu Province Advanced Intelligent Factory list was announced. After completing procedures including enterprise application, formal review, and on-site evaluation, Jiangsu Apon Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected, adding another digital and intelligent honor to its achievements.

Intelligent factories serve as the primary vehicle for smart manufacturing and represent the key arena for digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in the manufacturing industry. Advanced Intelligent Factories represent a higher level of intelligent factory development, providing crucial support for enterprises to achieve digital networking and integrated coordination across processes such as R&D design, production control, and operational management.

Currently, Apon Medical is accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of its production system, building an IOT-integrated intelligent factory for nasal care sprayers. This project covers the comprehensive construction and upgrading of the production facility for Nasolcleanor physiological seawater nasal care sprays. Through deep integration of systems such as ERP, digital platforms, equipment management, and logistics tracking, the factory has achieved plant-wide data sharing and coordinated management processes, driving innovation and efficiency improvements for its Nasolcleanor product line.




2025 marks the inaugural year for the "Jiangsu Province Advanced Intelligent Factory" selection process. This recognition reflects Apon Medical’s profound expertise in the intelligent manufacturing of medical devices.

While this honor represents a milestone of affirmation, it also serves as a guidepost for the future. Moving
forward, Apon Medical will continue to leverage technology as its engine and digital intelligence as its framework, driving breakthroughs through sustained dedication and leading the industry’s digital and intelligent transformation with dynamic momentum.
