On October 9, Apon Medical held its 20th annual blood donation initiative across its sites in Nantong and Shanghai. Employees from various departments voluntarily participated, contributing a total of 12,500 milliliters of blood to support clinical medical needs—continuing a loving tradition the company has upheld for two decades.
Since first organizing the blood donation drive in 2005, Apon Medical has consistently engaged in this public welfare activity for 20 consecutive years. According to incomplete statistics, 378 employees have taken part over the years, with total blood donations exceeding 337,000 milliliters.
For Apon Medical, blood donation is not merely a charitable act but stems from its core principle of "putting patients first." "As a medical device company, we deeply understand the urgent needs of patients during critical moments. That is why we are committed to providing the most direct and powerful support when patients need it most," the representative added.
As a medical device enterprise specializing in pain management, nasal and upper airway care, and brain-computer interface technologies, Apon Medical has always centered its mission on "Let everyone lead a pain-free life." Beyond blood donation, the company actively engages in social welfare initiatives, continuously supporting programs in education, disability assistance, eldercare, and child welfare to address the needs of diverse groups. Whether through life-saving blood donations or efforts to improve quality of life, Apon Medical roots "love" in its corporate culture, making it an intrinsic driving force for the company’s development.
Twenty years represent not only a long-standing commitment but also a new beginning. Moving forward, Apon Medical will continue advancing on its path of "safeguarding lives," uniting every drop of compassion into a powerful force to deliver more warmth and hope to society.
